Manufacturing and Quality Control

The Ardefen International Inc. manufacturing site is a modern 58,000 square foot facility located near Montreal utilizing highly automated equipment to produce our herbal supplements. Our products are scientifically researched and produced in a state of the art laboratory that performs all analytical tests and measurements required to control and release finished products. Quality monitoring, testing programs and procedures have been established to ensure all critical activities associated with production, control and distribution of products is carefully controlled and evaluated throughout the process. Regulatory requirements specify that there is a separate quality control function ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory agencies, namely the Health Protection Branch (HBP) of Canada.

The facility complies with certified Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), for Canada and the USA. GMP's are quality standards requiring the control of production activities, raw material quality, compliance management, product recalls and labelling.
